When pouring, the steel flow must be aligned with the center of the sprue to avoid the flow deviation and fire. If the deviation flow and fire, the alignment must be adjusted at any time to ensure the pouring quality and the personal safety of the pouring site.
Crane: The worker must go to the planned pouring site to be familiar with and understand the situation of the mold, the location of the runner, and the location of the riser before tapping, so as to better cooperate with the pourer and ensure the pouring quality.

Before pouring, the molding class should carefully clean and rectify the pouring site; all kinds of inflammable and explosive materials, tools and leather pipes should be transferred to a safe area; the gates and risers of adjacent molds must be used enough The strength of the steel plate or wood cover, to ensure the personal safety of the operator. The person in charge of modeling should prepare the pouring pit for the remaining molten steel before starting the furnace. The pouring pit should be arranged on a dry sand bed. When the steel is poured, the crane operator should ring the bell to warn all personnel to stay away from the surrounding of the poured steel.
