Reasons for abnormal flow in hydraulic station

The abnormally unstable flow of the hydraulic station refers to three common situations: no flow into the actuator, insufficient flow in the supply actuator, and excessive flow into the actuator. So how to solve this problem?
1. There is no flow in the hydraulic station
(1) The solenoid of the reversing valve installed in the hydraulic station is loose and the coil is short-circuited. The reversing valve can be directly replaced or repaired.
(2) The hydraulic oil of the hydraulic station is polluted and the valve core is stuck. Replace all hydraulic oil with clean hydraulic oil. Meanwhile, stuck valves can only be replaced with diverter valves or repaired.
(3) M, H type functional spool valve does not change direction. Reverse them and readjust.
Second, the hydraulic station flow is too high
(1) The flow control device of the hydraulic station is too high. This is the exact opposite of what was said above, turn it too high and turn it down.
(2) The normal adjustment of the variable pump of the hydraulic station is invalid. There is a deviation in the design of the hydraulic station, which can only be replaced or repaired.
(3) The hydraulic pump type and motor speed are incorrect. It can be reached by replacing the hydraulic oil pump that can reach the flow rate and the motor of the speed.
To sum up, when the hydraulic actuator fails to work normally, the hydraulic manufacturer Cree recommends that you use the working parameter of flow to find the cause of the failure and eliminate the symptoms.
3. The flow rate of the hydraulic station is too low
The low flow rate of the hydraulic station is a common problem of unstable hydraulic station flow. There are many reasons.
(1) The pressure of the relief valve or unloading valve of the hydraulic system to control the flow of the hydraulic oil pump is too low. Raise the pressure.
(2) The bypass control valve in the hydraulic station is not tightly closed. Either replace the valve or check the flow control circuit of the hydraulic station.
(3) The volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic oil pump decreases. This can replace the hydraulic oil pump and exhaust the air in the hydraulic oil pump at the same time.
(4) Serious leakage in the hydraulic station. This machine is mainly used for hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic valve, oil pipe, motor, oil circuit block, oil seal, seal without connection fasteners, etc.
(5) The normal adjustment of the variable pump of the hydraulic station is invalid. Replace the hydraulic oil pump.
(6) The hydraulic power loss of the hydraulic station is very large along the way. This replaces the larger size 1 tube, which increases the pressure of the pump.
