The relative heating depth is the deepest and the heating thickness is the largest, about 10-20m. It is mainly used for overall heating, annealing, tempering and surface quenching of large workpieces.
2. Medium frequency induction heating method
Frequency range: ordinary 1KHZ to about 20KZ, the typical value is about 8KZ. The heating depth and thickness are about 3-10m. It is mostly used for heating, annealing, tempering, quenching and tempering and surface quenching of large workpieces, large diameter shafts, large diameter thick-walled pipes, large modulus gears and other workpieces, as well as red punching and forging pressing of smaller diameter bars.
3. Ultrasonic induction heating method
Frequency range: Ordinary 20KH to 40KHZ (because the audio frequency is 20HZ to 20KHZ, so it is called super audio). Heating depth, thickness, about 2-3m. It is mostly used for deep heating, annealing, tempering, quenching and tempering of medium-diameter workpieces, heating, welding, and hot assembly of large-diameter thin-walled pipes, and medium gear quenching, etc.
4. High frequency induction heating method
Frequency range: ordinary 40KZ to 200HZ, commonly used 40KHZ to 80KHZ. Heating depth and thickness, about 1-2m. Induction heating surface quenching equipment is mostly used for deep heating, red punching, forging pressing, annealing, tempering, quenching and tempering, surface quenching, medium diameter pipe heating and welding, hot assembly, pinion quenching, etc. for small workpieces.
5. UHF induction heating method
The frequency is relatively high, and the frequency range is generally above 200KH, which can be as high as tens of MZ. The heating depth and thickness are the smallest, about 0.1-1m. It is mostly used for quenching and welding of local extremely small parts or extremely thin bars, surface quenching of small workpieces, etc.
At the same time, these five kinds of induction heating equipment have certain advantages. They all use IGBT induction heating power supply, which is the most energy-saving and environmentally friendly induction heating equipment in the 21st century.
①Main features: small size, high power, fast heating, transparent core, low power consumption.
② Power saving situation: Compared with the old-fashioned thyristor intermediate frequency, the thyristor intermediate frequency heating consumes about 470 degrees of electricity per ton of workpiece. Our company's new intermediate frequency power consumption is about 350 degrees. Every ton burned saves more than 100 kWh of electricity. As long as about 500 tons are burned, the electricity cost can be recovered from the equipment investment.
③ Circuit features: The main device adopts IGBI module, the circuit does not control full-bridge rectification, capacitor filtering, bridge inverter, and series resonance output. It is fundamentally different from the old-fashioned intermediate frequency using thyristor parallel resonance.
④Power saving principle: Uncontrollable rectification, the rectification circuit is fully turned on. High power factor, voltage-type series resonance, etc., determine the substantial power saving of this equipment.
